In the year 1983 the business idea was born to establish an aluminium and steel fabrication and to get in on the uprising façade market in Qatar. The foundation of the Specialized Aluminium & Steel Company W.L.L. was the beginning of a solid and efficient business.

Starting with windows, doors and claddings, the range of products and services increased to a full scope of high quality aluminium curtain wall installations. In over 30 years of experience SASCO W.L.L. has created a high reputation in Qatar’s aluminium, glass, cladding and steel sector dedicated to the construction industry.

Specialized Aluminium & Steel Co. W.L.L. meets the challenges posed by creative architectural design in its state-of-the-art fabrication and production facilities in Qatar’s dedicated industrial zone with a team of qualified, educated and motivated workforce. Equipped with computer numeric control (CNC) – aided machines, these facilities and the involved people ensure complex design specifications to be implemented as per schedule requirements. We have entered into strategic tie-ups with leading system suppliers to develop technical expertise for technology transfer and the development of infrastructural capabilities.

In pursuit of excellence, Specialized Aluminium & Steel Co. W.L.L. has developed and implemented a quality management system in compliance with the ISO 9001::2008 standards. All departments follow a documented quality system from the time an initial enquiry is made to the ultimate implementation. SASCO W.L.L. was the first firm in Qatar’s aluminium sector to be honoured with such a distinction and we have set real high standards for the industry. We are proud to announce our association with US Green Building Council to support environmental and energy saving concepts inline with Qatar’s regulatory requirements. Further investments have been made for the deployment of sophisticated enterprise resource planning software (ERP) for effective resource utilisation and project management.

Through optimum utilisation of the installed capacity, SASCO W.L.L. offers a wide range of products and solutions for towers, shopping malls, office complexes, villas, residential high rises and any other challenges thrown up by the construction industry. Working closely with architects and clients from the design phase to completion, our aim is to deliver the most efficient and cost effective solutions. The expansion to the fields of glass processing, composite panel cladding and stainless steel works have made us more independent to satisfy the individual requirements of our customers.

In the first half of the year 2013 the fabrication facilities and the dedicated machinery will change the location to the brandnew factory hall in Doha’s New Industrial Zone. With a fabrication space capacity of 17,000 sqm and office space for more than 200 engineers and designers the company will be competitive for the coming up future demands.
